With the authorization you grant when you connect your Google Business Profile, we retrieve the reviews published on your business locations, analyze them using AI to classify content and determine sentiment, and provide you with data-driven insights about your reputation. Eligibility: You must have the authority to bind the business you represent to these Terms.
Registration: To use certain features of Mooderator, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
You agree to use Mooderator only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:
Fees: Access to Mooderator’s reporting and additional services may require a subscription. All fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly outlined during the sign-up process.
Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis, as described at the time of purchase.
Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in a separate refund policy.
Connecting a Google Business Profile is optional, and you may disconnect it at any time from within the Service or from your Google Account settings. While a profile is connected, you authorize Mooderator to retrieve the reviews on the locations you manage and, where you ask us to, to publish replies that you have approved. We will not modify your Google Business Profile in any other way. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that:
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided through the Service are the property of Mooderator or its licensors. You may not use any of these without our prior written consent.
As-Is Basis: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind—express or implied.
No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the analysis, reports, notifications, or AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, complete, or free of errors.
Third-Party Data: Mooderator relies on data from third-party sources (e.g., Google). We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in such data.
In no event shall Mooderator, its affiliates, or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mooderator and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
