It’s calculated using key factors such as customer ratings, review volume, positive vs. negative feedback, and your responsiveness to reviews, making it a reliable and actionable measure of your business’s online performance.
Mood Board
Your Mood Board is the central dashboard for managing your e-reputation. In addition to your Mood Score, it provides a monthly summary of customer reviews, highlighting the key trends that matter most.
